I finally finished this vintage project I've been busy working on and my subject loves them! I had so much fun with these. Enjoy!

 

 

 

 

 

This one was an accidental shot when she moved to wipe her eye...and we just loved it.

 

 Always have fun during photoshoots! Some of the client's favorite shots come from just playing around during the session.

 

 

The fur hood ones weren't part of the "vintage theme", they were just another idea we used while we were at it! Adorable :)

In continuation of my last post, here are today's finished projects.

I had this cool editing idea and it turned out just how I imagined it!

I'm sure other artists can relate to this; when your finished piece ends up looking exactly like the vision in your head, the triumph and satisfaction is an amazing feeling!

 

I call this one "Ré of Moonlight"

 

 

The black and white version was the inspiration but I made a color

version as well that is beautiful.

Vintage Photoshoot

My first project of 2016 is a vintage photoshoot. The idea for this was first hatched way back in June in an antique store where my subject found this hat and purchased it with the idea of waiting for winter and wearing the red coat she is pictured in. Adding to our vintage theme, her mother happened to own the umbrella that added the perfect finishing touch. The best part has been experimenting with all sorts of fantastic edits to give these images different looks. I gave some of them names and a few I'm still working on trying to name. I have a lot left of this project but here is part 1!
